According to the foundation of the Huynh family's housewarming banner given by Bao An district trier Thai Huu Vo in the year of Giap Thin (Bao An district on Bao island, Ben Tre province at that time), the house was completed before the year of Giap. Thin (1904). Therefore, the house was probably built around the late 80s or early 90s of the 19th century.
