During the resistance war against the United States to save the nation, the A210 postal communication line connecting the two communes of Lương Hòa - Phong Mỹ (station B4) was one of the 18 postal communication lines of the Southern Revolution. This was a vital link in the backbone transportation system for delivering mail, weapons, strategic goods, and transporting officers and soldiers between the provinces of Trà Vinh - Bến Tre - Gò Công (Tiền Giang) to the South or back to the Central Committee. The A210 liaison line, within a distance of five to six kilometers from Đồng Gò to Lương Quới along provincial road 26, was known as the "blood route," fraught with difficulties, hardships, and countless sacrifices.

With the spirit of sacrificing everything rather than allowing the route to be blocked, letters, documents, goods, weapons, soldiers, and officers would not pass through if the route was not cleared. The forces responsible for the core of the line, including postal officers and Lương Hoà - Phong Mỹ guerrillas, overcame all difficulties, hunger, cold, enemy bombs, with the spirit of "sacrificing rather than letting our blood flow" and always fulfilled their responsibility to maintain traffic from the 1960s until the liberation of the South on April 30, 1975.

The Memorial Monument for the "A210 Liaison Line" was built in Phong Điền hamlet, Lương Hòa commune, Giồng Trôm district, Bến Tre province, and was ranked as a provincial-level historical and cultural relic by the Provincial People's Committee's Decision No. 1783 dated August 29, 2018. When the monument was inaugurated and put into operation, it became both a cultural park and a venue for activities related to historical education. It serves as a place for young people to remember the contributions of the heroic martyrs of the A210 postal communication unit who sacrificed for the postal service and for our compatriots to come and pay tribute to the brave soldiers who sacrificed to protect the revolutionary's vital communication lines.
