At first, the whole family did not believe that grapevines could be grown and bear fruit in this Coconut Land. However, after only 6 months, the vine has grown very well and has many fruits. From there, the two sisters decided to expand the vineyard by experimentally planting about 50 roots on half a square of land in front of the house. In the early spring of 2020, Uncle Bay Thiet's family decided to open it to visitors. According to Ms Bay Thiet's share, visitors coming here not only from Ben Tre but also from neighbouring provinces, everyone is excited and surprised by the bunches of fruit-bearing grapes hanging on the trellis. Not only are visitors free to visit the vineyard, but they are also free to take photos and drink delicious grape honey syrup. That is the simplicity, friendliness and hospitality that is extremely valuable in this land of Ben Tre Dong Khoi.
